A tripartite deal among Sonali Bank Limited, Aspire to Innovate (a2i) and Olivine Limited was signed on Sunday to collect certificates fees and charges of Online Councilor Certificate System from Union Parishad Chairman and Ward Counsilor through the Sonali Payment Gateway.
The signing ceremony took place at Sonali Bank Bank head office, Matijheel in the capital.

Aspire to innovate (a2i) project under Ministry of Information and Communication Technology is implementing Online Councilor Certificates System Project for the citizens to get easily their Union Parishad Chairman and ward Counsilor certificates through online service and payment of the certificates fees will send the Sonali Payment Gateway .
Among others, Deputy Managing Directors of Sonali Bank Sanchia Binte Ali, Md. Quamruzzaman Khan, Geneal Manger’s of Head Office and high officials of three organizations were also present on the occasion.
