Solaiman has been serving as an Acting Chief Digital and Strategy Officer since 1 January 2020. He started his career in GP as Head of Marketing in 2016. After that, in 2017, he took the challenge to lead the Digital Division and has been instrumental in building the new Digital Organization to lead the Digital ambition of Grameenphone.

Before joining in Grameenphone, Solaiman worked for several MNCs in various positions of increasing responsibilities. He has completed his BBA from IBA, Dhaka University.
