A workshop was held with district stakeholders on 'Smart District Innovation Challenge-2023' to implement Smart Bangladesh. The workshop was held on Monday in the conference room of Rajbari Deputy Commissioner.
Additional Superintendent of Police Iftekharzzaman spoke at the workshop chaired by Deputy Commissioner Abu Qaiser Khan, Chairman of Sadar Upazila Parishad Ed. Imdadul Haque Biswas, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Subarna Rani Saha and others.
At the beginning of the program, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Sohag Hossain highlighted various aspects of smart district formation through Power Point.
Later, 7 groups were formed with the heads of various government departments of the district who participated in the workshop and a plan of action was taken to create a smart district. Heads of several departments including government departments, concerned citizens, journalists were present in the event.
