Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Anwer Khan Modern Hospital Ltd. at Bank’s Corporate Head Office in the capital on Thursday. In presence of the Managing Director and CEO of the bank M Shahidul Islam, the SVP and Head of Card Division of the Bank Md. Marufur Rahman Khan and the General Manager of Anwer Khan Modern Hospital Ltd. Md. Mofizullah Patwari signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organization.
In this agreement, all Debit and Credit Card Holders of SJIBL will receive up to 25 percent medical discount and all Credit Card Holders will be eligible for EMI Facilities for different tenure such as 3-12 months at zero percent profit rate.
Among others the Additional Managing Directors of the Bank Mr. Abdul Aziz & Mr. S. M. Mainuddin Chowdhury, the Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, Mr. M. Akhter Hossain, Mian Quamrul Hasan Chowdhury & Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, the Head of Public Relations Division & Bank Foundation Mr. Md. Shamsuddoha, the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar, the Chief Financial Officer Mr. Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA, the SVP Mr. Mohammed Abu Shayem, the General Manager of Anwer Khan Modern Hospital Ltd. Mr. Dhiraz Chakma and other high officials from both organizations were also present in the signing ceremony.
