Shuvro Dev is a renowned singer. But he also caught the audience’s mind through his acting. The musician made his small debut in a series of dramas titled ‘Shuktara’ in 1989. He was not seen in any other series after that. Thirty years later, he is returning to the screen again.
He will be seen in a series drama titled ‘Arshinagar’. In this he is playing the role of a celebrity. Mojibul Haque Khokon has written the manuscript. Meanwhile, shooting for the series has begun.
Referring to acting in the play, Shuvro Dev said, “I have acted in several telefilms besides working with music. But my acting started with a drama series. But later, the series was no longer sired for various reasons. I agreed to work with this character. I can say that both my own character and the story of the series are mind-blowing.”
The musician was last seen in a telefilm titled ‘Srabon Eshechhilo Gaan Hoye’. It was aired on NTV in 2016. Along with the songs and performances, Shuvro Dev also made a name in the production department. He also produced a telefilm titled ‘Strir Patro’.
