‘Shining Bangladesh’ published in India

The Coffee Table Book (CTB) titled 'Shinning Bangladesh' dedicatedto the celebration of the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, has been published, reports UNB.  

The press wing of Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi published the CTB, marking the 49th anniversary of independence, which was dedicated to Bangabandhu's birth centenary, according to the High Commission. 

 The printing got delayed due tonationwide lockdown in India to limit the transmission ofCOVID-19, it said.   The press wing of Bangladesh High Commission to India has been publishing CTB on various national days of Bangladesh.   

Marking the Victory Day in 2018, the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi published the third edition of CTB on December 20, 2018.   The then Bangladesh High Commissioner to India Syed Muazzem Ali, who passed away on December 30, 2019, unveiled the book.  

The third edition focused on the internationally acclaimed socio-economic development of Bangladesh under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
