Sher-e-Bangla’s birthday celebrated at Barishal University

The 147th birthday of Sher-e-Bangla AK Fazlul Haque was celebrated at Sher-e-Bangla Hall of Barishal University (BU) on Monday.

To mark the day, hall authorities led by Md Ibrahim Mollah, assistant professor and provost of  Sher-e-Bangla Hall, paid homage to Sher-e-Bangla AK Fazlul Haque by placing a wreath at his portrait on hall premises. 

The resident teacher of Sher-e-Bangla Hall, assistant professor of Political Science department, Sohal Rana, section officer of BU, Jasim Uddin and other officials,  among others, were present. 

Special prayer was offered at the BU’ Central Mosque after Zuhr on the occasion.
