Planning Minister MA Mannan has said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is a person of deeds and she was working tirelessly round the clock for the development of the country. “For her able leadership, Bangladesh was progressing apace. We are all working as her associates. Those who want to thwart her activities are ungrateful. Everyone should cooperate with the activities of the present government and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina,” he said.
MA Mannan said these while speaking as the chief guest at the function of Annual Sports Competition of Sunamganj Government College on Friday morning. The minister further said, it is the age of technology and everything depends on technology that is why emphasis should be given on science and technical education and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was giving priority in this connection.
Presided over by Prof Nilima Chanda, Principal of Sunamganj Government College, the function was attended, among others, by MP from Sunamganj-4 constituency Pir Fazlur Rahman Misbah as special guest, Associate Professor Iftekhar Alam while Vice President Professor Majharul Islam delivered the welcome speech and Professor Zakir Hossain conducted the function.
