Md Shamsur Rahman has been appointed as the chairman of state-owned Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) again for one year. The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday.
The notification, signed by Md. Oliur Rahman, deputy secretary of the ministry, said that the appointment would be effective from October 26 or from the day of joining. Md Shamsur Rahman joined the BPC as chairman on September 23 last year. His government service will expire on October 25.
