Shamima Akhter, a social worker from Nuniyarchhara area, has provided relief from her private funds to more than a hundred marginalized people of Panir Kua village in the neglected Nuniyarchhara area of Cox's Bazar town.
On Saturday morning, she handed over relief items including various food items to the families who lost their jobs due to Corona crisis.
Shamima Akhter said many people have lost their jobs due to the corona virus. Their families are living with various difficulties. She just tried to stand by these helpless people with her little help in these difficult times, she added.
