Young model Shahtaj Monira Hashem will be seen in an Eid tele-drama titled ‘Teddy Mostafa’. Written and directed by Tareq Rahman, the tele-drama has been produced to be aired on RTV on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. The shooting of ‘Teddy Mostafa’ was concluded yesterday at Sutrapur, Dhaka.
In the tele-drama, Sayed Zaman Shawon will be seen playing the role of ‘Teddy Mostafa’, while Shahtaj will portray the character of his lover. Apart from them, noted actors Shaiduzzaman Selim and Sohel Khan will also be seen playing important roles in this tele-drama.
Regarding the tele-drama, Shahtaj said, “This is the first time I am working under the direction of Tareq Rahman. The story is really beautiful. We have tried to do our best in this hot weather. As an artiste, I always try to work with focus and passion.”
“Shawon also performed amazingly in the drama. We both tried to give our best. I hope the viewers will like it”, she added.
Shawon and Shahtaj had earlier worked together in a tele-drama, shot in Nepal, under the direction of Rakesh Basu.
