The 382nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at the Corporate Head Office of the bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A K Azad, according to a media release. The Board approved a number of investment proposals. Among others, the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Dr Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Md Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Karim (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Md Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K A M Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed (participated in this meeting through digital platform) were present in the meeting.
Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Md Abul Bashar were also present at the meeting.
