Under the Women Employment and Entrepreneurship Creation Programme through training, sewing machines were distributed among female trainees under the financing of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs by Colonypara Mahila Unnayan Samiti (KMDS) on Saturday.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Md. Shariful Islam was the chief guest at the distribution ceremony of sewing machines held at the office of Colonypara Mahila Unnayan Samiti in Khetripara area of the town.
Dinajpur Women's Chamber of Commerce and Industries President and Executive Director of KMDS Jannatus Safa Shahinur presided over the distribution programme while, Deputy Director of Dinajpur District Department of Women's Affairs Md. Morshed Ali Khan, Office-In-Charge of KMDS Md. Mosharraf Hossain and Programme Director Md. Shahinul Islam Mukul attended as the special guest.
