Seminar on ‘Career Adda’ held at IU

A day-long seminar titled ‘Career Adda’ was held at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia on Saturday with a view to motivating the graduates and undergraduate students about the preparation of public services of the country.

Network for International Law Students Bangladesh (NILS) organised the Career Adda at Birshreshtha Hamidur Rahman central auditorium of the university.

IU vice chancellor Prof Dr M Harun-ur-Rashid Askari was present at the programme as chief guest while its pro vice-chancellor Prof Dr M Shahinoor Rahman and Treasurer Prof Dr M Selim Toham attended as special guests.

Sushanta Paul, deputy commissioner of Customs, Bangladesh addressed the programme as key motivational speakers and Masudur Rahman, president of the wing chaired the event.

Muttakin Hossain, a student of Al-Fiqh & Legal Studies department Farah Sharmin Bindu of Law department conducted the seminar jointly and over 1500 students of various departments attended the programme.
