Dr Md. Zakir Hossain, the new principal of Gopalganj Sheikh Sayera Khatun Medical College, paid homage to the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing wreaths at his grave in Tungipara of Gopalganj on Wednesday afternoon.
Gopalganj 250-bed General Hospital Assistant Director and Project Director (Additional Responsibility) of Sheikh Sayera Khatun Medical College Dr. Asit Kumar Mallick, Project Director of Sheikh Lutfar Rahman Dental College and General Secretary of Gopalganj Swachip Dr. Chowdhury Shafiqul Alam, Sheikh Sayera Khatun Medical College Associate Professor and General Gopalganj BMA Dr. Md. Humayun Kabir and others were present at the time.
After reciting the Holy Fateha and Durood, he prayed for the souls of all the martyrs killed on August 15 in 1975, praying and praying for the longevity of our Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Later, the new principal Dr. Md. Zakir Hossain signed the inspection book preserved in Bangabandhu Mausoleum.
