Superintendent of Police (SP) in Tangail Sanjit Kumar Roy was declared again as best SP in Dhaka range for his fabulous performance.
DIG Habibur Rahman handed over the crest and certificate of the Best Superintendent of Police to Sanjit Kumar Roy at the Dhaka Range Conference Room on Thursday (October 23. Additional DIG (crime) Md. Asaduzzaman BPM (Bar), Additional DIG (Operations and Intelligence) Jihadul Kabir BPM, PPM and Assistant Police Superintendent of Dhaka Range Md. Mahin Farazi, senior police officers and SPs of Dhaka Range were also present the occassion. .
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina awarded the highest honor “BPM-Service”of Bangladesh Police to Sanjit Kumar Roy too in 2018 recognizing his courage and heroic deeds and the revelation of important cases, crime control, duty, honesty and disciplinary conduct. He was given the award as the best police superintendent of Dhaka Range in April of the following year.
Sanjit Kumar Roy expressed his deep feelings and views “Every member of the Tangail District Police is a contributor to this success. I hope that every member of the Tangail District Police will bring success again and again for the District Police, working with more enthusiasm.
Being selected as the “Best Superintendent of Police” Tangail District Awami League President and Zilla Parishad Chairman Fazlur Rahman Khan Faruk and District Awami League General Secretary and MP of Tangail-8 (Basile-Sakhipur Joaherul Islam (VP Joaher) congratulated Sanjit Kumar Roy.
