Samad Fauzia Foundation recently awarded Scholarship to 50 poor and meritorious students of Kusumkali School, founded in 1985 by legendary women leader Begum Fauzia Samad, former president of Dhaka Ladies Club.
State Minister of Women and Child Affairs Simeen Hossain Rimi MP was present as the chief guest in the programme and presided over by Anisa Haque, President of Dhaka Ladies Club at Fawzia Samad Central Hall. Sabrina Samad, Founder and Chairperson of Samad Fawzia Foundation gave scholarships among the students.
Dhaka Ladies Club Social Welfare Secretary Neelu Bilkis Rahman is in charge of managing Kusumkoli School. Club's Former President Gulshan Anwara Haque, Mahbuba Kabir Rumjhum, Senior vice President Prof. Shabnam Sultana and General Secretary Manwara Tahir delivered important speeches on the occasion.
At this time, the members of all levels of the Club and the chief coordinator of Samad-Fawzia Foundation Salam Mahmud were present.
