Two friendly organization Right Friends and Batch 19 of Kanchannagar high school in Jhenidah jointly have installed Doctors' safety booth installed at Jhenidah Sadar hospital. The booth was installed on Thursday afternoon aiming at keeping the attending physicians safe and secured from any communicative disease when the deadly Covid 19 has been prevailing in Jhenidah and other parts of the country.
The organizers said civil surgeon in Jhenidah Dr. Salina Begum inaugurated the booth in a simple ceremony where Jhenidah municipality mayor Saidul Karim Mintu, superintendent of Jhenidah Sadar hospital Dr. AyubAli and resident medical officer (RMO) Dr. Apurba Kumar Saha among others remain resent.
They said the booth fenced with glass will protect the service providers like physicians, nurses, health assistants and attendants from any health risk treating any patient suffering from Covid 19 and other diseases anyway. It will also keep the patients safe and secured.
Organization representative Shahinur Alam Liton said a booth installed at Narail Sadar hospital inspired the to do something for the health service providers and patients in Jhenidah to ensure uninterrupted services round the clock when the country was in danger situation due to novel corona virus.
