Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd., a leading real estate company of the country, on Saturday handed over a condominium project named, 'Rupayan Swapno Niloy' to it clients. The project is located at the city's Siddheswary area. The flat hand over ceremony took place at the premises of 'Rupayan City Uttara' at Uttara in the capital.
Rupayan authority formally handed over the said project to the organisation of buyers of flats of the project named, 'Rupayan Swapno Niloy Owners Association'. The project is the 75th project of Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd. Owners of a total of 130 flats of the project received the posession of their flats at the condominium project.
Vice Chairman of Rupayan Group, Mahir Ali Khan Ratul, Advisers of the group, Captain (retd) PJ Ullah, Sadat Selim, Deputy Managing Director, Mijanur Rahman Dewan, Executive Director, Ahsanur Rahman, Director (Construction), Mahmudur Rahman, GM (Customer Relationship Management), Engr. Saiful Islam, President of 'Rupayan Swapno Niloy Owners Association', Rezwan Ahmed Toufiq and other senior officials of Rupayan Group were present on the occasion.
