Kishoreganj district administration and Sachaton Nagorik Committee (Sonak) jointly arranged a colourfull rally, discussion and documentary film marking the International Right to Information Day-2020 on Wednesday. The colourful rally was brought out in the district town.
The discussion was held at the hall room of District Art Council. Sonak President Saiful Hoque Mollah Dulu presided over the discussion, while Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Kishoreganj Md. Sarowar Murshed Chowhdury attended the event as the chief guest. Civil Surgeon Dr. Md. Mujibur Rahman and Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Abdullah-al-Mashud were present as special guests.
It was addressed, among others, by District Senior Information Officer Md. Shamsul Hoque, Sonak member Professor Abdul Goni, Advocate Maya Bhowmic and Samiul Hoque Mollah. A daylong information fair was also held on District Art Council premises. A total of 25 stall participated in this fair.
