Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation and Advisor of Nirapad Sarak Chai (NSC) AHM Khairuzaman Liton inaugurated a tree plantation programme on the RCC office premises on Saturday.
The NSC, Rajshahi chapter organised the programme to mark the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman with the slogan ‘Mujib Borsher Sapath- Sarak Korbo Nirapad.'
Freedom fighter and NSC advisor Abdul Mannan, President of Rajshahi unit of NSC Advocate Toufique Ahsan Titu, Vice-President Waliur Rahman Babu, General Secretary Sultan Mahmud Sumon, Masuduzzaman Kajol, Mamunur Rashid, Brikhho Bandhu Nazmul Islam, Organising Seceretary of NSC Dr Amanullah Bin Akhter Abid, Saban Ali Dilip, Abdul Wahab, Principal Islam, Sirajul Islam, Mostafa Ferdous Hazra, Anjuman Ara Shifa and Rubina Jannat, and RCC Environment Development Officer Syed Mahmudul Islam, among others, were present on the occasion.
