Construction work of an RCC drain from Bhadunagar Bandhan Clinic in Ward No. 2 of Chatmohar Municipality to Baral River through Haran Mor and Janata Bank in the upazila of Pabna was inaugurated on Tuesday morning under the Urban Infrastructure Development Project funded by KFAED.
The estimated cost of construction of this drain is Tk 1 crore 16 lakh 73 thousand 986. The contract price has been set at Tk 1 crore 16 lakh 72 thousand 985. The construction of the drain will be done by local contractor company Messrs Jinnat Ali Jinnah Limited.
Mayor of Chatmohar Municipality Adv Sakhawat Hossain Sakho inaugurated the construction work of the 458 meter long drain at Chatmohar Notun Bazar Kheyaghat area.
Chatmohar Upazila Parishad Panel Chairman Lecturer Firoza Parveen, Vice Chairman Ishaq Ali Manik, Councilor Mahatab Hossain, Ekhlashur Rahman, Sakibul Islam Apu, Noor Hasan Khan Moyna and other dignitaries of the area were present during the inauguration.
