RAKUB management came up with the observations while addressing the daylong performance evaluation meeting of zonal managers and branch managers at its headquartered conference hall in the city on Sunday.
Managing Director Niranjan Chandra Debnath addressed the meeting as the chief guest, while General Managers Maksuda Nasrin, Shawkat Shahidul Islam and Babar Ali spoke as special guests with General Manager Atikul Islam in the chair.
In addition to all departmental heads of head office, 18 zonal managers, divisional audit officers, zonal audit officers, principal of RAKUB Training Institute and project director of SECP were present at the review meeting.
RAKUB has been operating its banking activities as the largest development partner in all 16 northwest districts of Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions targeting its agricultural sector and all its sub-sectors.
