Rajdhani Unnyan Kotripokhya (RAJUK) has knocked down a portion of an under constructed building without any prior notice at Banglabazar area under Fatulla police station of Narayanganj.
The capital development authority along with law enforcers conducted the drive to demolish an illegal construction recently.
However, RAJUK team demolished a portion of another adjacent building that was approved by RAJUK.
The house owner claim that he was not present in his house while the team came to break his house and he did not recieve any notice earlier.
While the house owner’s wife asked for a notice, they did not pay heed of her words, continued knocking down some portion of the building.
The director of RAJUK Narayanganj zone, Yah Yah Khan admits the matter.
He said, I did not issue a prior notice to the owner of the construction but when we are running another eviction, locals complained against this structure’s some portion.
