However, while talking to the journalists Director of RMCH Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani said, the surge of Corona virus infection in the recent days was a result of influx and visit of a large number of people in the districts from Dhaka and other areas of the country to observe Eid-ul-Azha.

In this connection, he mentioned, in the frontier areas of Rajshahi and Chapainawabganj district the variant has just started to decrease but due to influx of a huge people in the districts during the Eid vacation without following any health rules might be the cause of recent surge in Corona virus infection.
