The weekly closing day of the intercity 711/712 Upakul Express on the Dhaka-Noakhali route has been changed. Bangladesh Railway has rescheduled the movement and weekly holidays of the said train.
This was announced in a notification signed by Bangladesh Railway's Eastern Zone Chief Operating Superintendent Md Abu Bakar Siddiqui on Thursday.
The notification stated that it has been decided to change the weekly closing day of the 711/712 Upakul Express train running on the Dhaka-Noakhali-Dhaka route.
According to the decision, the weekly closing day of the 712 Upakul Express train has been changed from Tuesday to Wednesday and the weekly closing day of the 711 Upakul Express train has been changed from Wednesday to Thursday. Which will be effective from August 10, 2025.
Instructions have been given to all the relevant operational departments. .and ticket counters to ensure the operation of trains according to the revised schedule and the responsible officials have been requested to take necessary measures.
