Rab nabs two with Phensedyl and private car

RAB has arrested two top drug dealers in Sirajganj along with a large quantity of Phensedyl and private car.

According to RAB, an expedition team of RAB-12's special company conducted an anti-drug operation in Bangabandhu Bridge West Police Station area on Friday at 3 am and arrested two top drug dealers with 599 bottles of Phensedyl.

At that time, RAB seized a mobile phone, cash and a private car used for buying and selling drugs from them.

The arrested drug dealer are Kawsar Mia (43) is the son of late Abdus Sattar of Charsindhur Madhyapara village under Palash police station of Narsingdi district and Rafiqul Islam (34) son of Aman Ullah of Keua Paschim Khand village of Sreepur police station in Gazipur district.

Major M Rifat-bin-Asad, media officer of RAB-12, confirmed to the media that the arrested drug dealers were later handed over to Bangabandhu Bridge West Police Station along with the recovered evidence after filing a case under the Narcotics Act.
