RAB arrests 4 with fuels used for train

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested four smugglars with 2100 liters train's fuel from Abdulpur rail staion area under Lalpur upazila in Natore in the early morning on Monday.

The RAB also rescued about Tk 65 thousands and two tri-wheelers (Nosimon) at the same time. 

The arrestees are Hafizul Islam Razib, son of Jamshed Ali, Akkash Ali, son of Shahdat Hossain, Makhon, son of late Polan Ali of Gosaipur village, and Lalon, son of late Akbar Ali Pramanik of Pokonda village under Lalpur upazila. A case was filed against them.

RAB had specific information that some peoples are staying at Abdulpur rail staion area in order to steal train's fuel, said ASP Razibul Ahsan, company commander (in charge of) of CPC-2, Natore under RAB-5.

He also added that RAB arrested four smugglers with 2100 liters train's fuel unprotected in 10 drums and 4 jarkins in the rescue operation. 

Besides, RAB confiscated about Tk 65 thousands and two tri-wheelers related to stolen fuel business, he demanded at the same time.
