Private TV channel RTV has launched a new music reality show for young people named 'Young Star'. Composer, singer and music director Ibrar Tipu and singer Protic Hasan will be the judges in this reality show on the song 'Gala Chhere Gao'.
Earlier, Ibrar Tipu had acted as judge for various music reality shows, but this is the first time Protic Hasan will be seen as a judge. For the first time in his career, the star is set to sit on the judges’ bench of a reality show.
In this regard, Ibrar Tipu said, ‘RTV always makes a special contribution to the industrial culture of the country through good initiatives. I am very happy to be with their new arrangement. Hopefully I can bring some good artists through this event. Who will be able to contribute to the country's music scene later.'
Protic Hassan said, ‘I am happy to be associated with this event with completely different concept. This is the first time in my career to be a judge on a music reality show. Hopefully I will be able to fulfill the responsibility given to me by RTV. Special thanks to RTV CEO Syed Ashiq Rahman and Dewan Shamsur Rakib Bhai for involving me in such a big event.'
Registration for the musical reality show, produced by Sohag Masud, started on September 10 last. To participate here, the age limit of the contestants should be between 12 to 22 years. For registration, a Bangla song can be sung with or without musical instrument.
The video has to be recorded on mobile phone, the RTV Plus app has to be installed and the video has to be sent by clicking on the Register Now button and filling in the appropriate information.
