Earlier, the law enforcement personnel took position in the area near Baitul Mukarram from 11 am. The police personnel were present in the front and behind the procession.
At the brief rally at the north gate of Baitul Mukarram, Khilafat Majlis leaders called for the permanent end to Israeli attacks.
KM Alam, central training secretary of the Khilafat Majlis, said that the attack on Palestine is being carried out ignoring the world's conscience. He called for the permanent end to these attacks.

Awami Olama League leaders said that Israel has been carrying out barbaric attacks on innocent Palestinian men and women, including children. But organisations such as the United Nations, the OIC and the Arab League have been maintaining a "silence". In view of this situation, the Awami Olama League demanded to establish a separate organisation 'Muslim United Nations' for the Muslim countries.
The demonstration was conducted by Kazi Maulana Abul Hasan Sheikh Shariatpuri, general secretary of the Olama League. Maulana Abdul Jalil, Maulana Yusuf Nur, Maulana Abdus Sabur Mia and others also spoke there.
An organisation named United Muslim Ummah also carried out anti-Israel protests. Apart from the leaders and activists of the organisations, general Muslims also took part in the protest.
