Property Development Ltd (PDL), a concern of PRAN-RFL Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with globally reputed Korean company Sungjee Construction Company Limited.
RN Paul, Managing Director of RFL Group and Soo Hyun Kim, Vice President of Sungjee Construction signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations at a program held at the head office of RFL at Badda recently.
Under the MoU, Property Development Ltd and Sungjee Construction will cooperate on projects of various kinds, including Built Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) projects, Private-Corporate Projects (PCP), Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects and government to government (G to G) projects in terms of design, construction, contracting, management, operation and financing. Besides, research on opportunities for projects and sharing of market development information would be the other avenues of cooperation.
