A Dhaka court on Thursday set December 15 to submit probe report in the case lodged over possessing narcotics against former Jubo League leaders Ismail Hossain Chowdhury Samrat and Enamul Haque Arman, reports BSS.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Masudur Rahman passed the order as concerned investigation officer failed to submit the report today. Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-1 DAD Abdul Khalek filed two cases against former president of Jubo League’s Dhaka city South unit Samrat with Ramna Police Station on the afternoon of October 7, making former Dhaka South unit Jubo League vice president Arman co-accused in the narcotics case.
RAB on early October 6 arrested Samrat and his associate Arman from village Kunja Sreepur of Alkora union under Chauddagram upazila of Cumilla district.
