The prize distribution of the annual sports competition of the Milestone College was held at the college premises.
Participated by the students of Class XII the Annual Sports Competition started on 13 November 2023 and concluded on 20 November 2023 at the college's permanent campus ground at Diabari, Uttara when the principal of Milestone College Mohammad Ziaul Alam inaugurated the competition.
Founder and adviser of Milestone College Colonel Nurun Nabi (retd.) attended as the chief guest in the prize distribution ceremony. Acting Principal of College, Professor Zahirul Haque, Senior Director (Administration) Md. Masud Alam, Lecturer of Physical Education and Sports, Shipra Biswas and Md. Nasirul Islam and others were present at the prize Distribution ceremony.
Chief guest Colonel Nurun Nabi (retd.) said, “The need for sports along with academic education is important for physical and mental development. Those who are involved with sports along with their academic life can easily win the challenges in their future.”
Colonel Nurun Nabi (retd.) urged to all the students to do sports and exercise regularly for sound mind and sound body. At the end of the program, the chief guest distributed prizes to the winners.
