Prince Mahmud dedicates new song to Ayub Bachchu

Band legend Ayub Bachchu passed away on October 18, 2018. Prince Mahmud, another magician of music, dedicated a new song as a tribute to the guitar maestro.

The song titled ‘Alo’ written and composed by him was sung by Tanvir Tuhin, a singer of Avas music band.

Prince Mahmud posted a dummy version of the song on Facebook. He said, “It’s a realization of the horrible times of this corona. Although I was encouraging everyone at home or through the virtual world, the fear of death got to me too. ‘Alo’ is the resonance of that perception.”

Meanwhile, Tuhin worked with Prince Mahmud for the first time. The star told the media, “It is my good fortune that I worked with him. He has a childish attitude. It feels so good. As far as I know, Prince Bhai will make the music arrangement with a new piano piece in the song. Then it will be released.”

He said he gave voice to the song last month.

Meanwhile, Prince Mahmud has gifted numerous popular songs with Ayub Bachchu. So in the month of losing this legend, he paid special homage with the song ‘Alo’.

Ayub Bachchu, the magician of guitar and melody, has dropped his silver guitar and took off to the sky to the land of no return. On this day in 2018 (October 18), he passed away leaving his numerous fans and followers shedding tears of mourning. The guitar magician was the soul of the country’s top band ‘LRB’. Everyone used to call him ‘AB’ out of love. And the people in the music hall used to call him ‘Boss’. He was hailed as the ‘Guitar Legend’ of Bangladesh.
