The 320th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Prime Insurance Company Limited was held on Wednesday at the head office of the company, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue in the capital. The meeting was presided by Mohd. Showkot Ali, Director of Prime Insurance Company Limited. Among other Directors of the Company Md. Nazrul Islam, A.K.M Monirul Islam, Rabeya Begum, Mahanur Ummel Ara, Md. Ashaduzzaman, Asif iqbal, Dr. Fatema Raushan Jahan, Ayesha Husne Jahan, Independent Director A.Z.M Sazzadur Rahman , Managing Director & CEO (CC) Syed Monirul Huq and Company secretary Enamul Haque Khan were also present. The meeting discussed and resolved that 3rd Quarter Accounts and some other pertinent decision of the company.
