Local business conglomerate, PRAN-RFL Group has donated another five sample collection booth (WISK Cabin) to central police hospital and three hospitals in Bhola district to facilitate Covid-19 test.
Two sample collection booths were handed over to Saiful Islam, additional superintendent of police (admin) of central police hospital on behalf of PRAN-RFL Group recently, said a press release on Tuesday. Besides, one cabin was donated to Bhola sadar hospital on Sunday. Civil surgeon Dr. Ratan Kumar Dhali received the cabin.
PRAN-RFL Group also donated one WISK Cabin to Borhanuddin upazila health complex while another cabin to Daulatkhan upazila health complex on Monday.
Marketing Director at PRAN-RFL Group, Kamruzzaman Kamal said, “PRAN-RFL has donated sample collection booths to various organizations to ensure safety of the health workers as part of corporate social responsibility.”
At present, doctors, health workers, police and other professionals are discharging duties risking their lives. Some people, who are collecting sample for Covid-19 test, are getting infected.
Earlier, PRAN-RFL Group donated three sample collection booths to Dhaka Medical College Hospital and one sample collection booth to Sir Salimullah Medical College and Mitford Hospital.
