Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun has said that the government is providing all kinds of supports to establish new industries in the country.
He said this while speaking at a view exchange meeting with officials of Pragati Industries at Bangabandhu Conference Hall of World Trade Center at Agrabad in Chattogram city on Saturday afternoon.
Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun said, “The government is providing all sorts of supports to all industries in both public and private sectors. Anyone can set up their factories in the country smoothly.”
He said, the pride of Bangabandhu was dreamed 'Pragati'. Pragati will make the car in the country, so that everyone will ride.
Talking about the plans to set up quality vehicles in the country, the minister said, according to the government's goal, Pragati will be built. We'll ride in that car. In the future foreign car agencies will also run to buy Pragati's car.
He said, according to the Prime Minister's hopes, a new technology-based modern car has been planned. Every worker should be considered as the partner of the organization. Then the country's overall economy will be dynamic.
Pragati Industries Managing Director Mohammad Touhiduzzaman presided over the function, while Divisional Manager (Administration) Mohammad Abdul Khaleque, Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation (BSEC) Chairman Mizanur Rahman, Chittagong Chamber President Mahbubul Alam, Pragati Additional Chief Accounting Officer Rezaul Karim, Managing Director (Purchasing) Mohammad Abu Sayem, Manager (Sales) Mohammad Saidur Rahman Jamali, Deputy-Chief Engineer (Mechanical) Kaikobad Al Mamun, CBA Executive President Mohammad Rafiq and General Secretary Md Alauddin were present, among others.
