The play shows a man writing a letter to his parents. He was born in a Bengali family. When he is a little older he is seen to be colour blind. When he grew up, he went to America and attracted everyone's attention.

Because the colour of his hair is blue. But people of different coloursseem same to him, because he can't tell the difference in colour. At that time there was a movement to kill blacks in America. At that time, he joined the procession to protest the killing of blacks.

Again, when blacks are looting shops, wasting resources, whites are marching in protest. He also joined the procession. Although the Neel Purush tries to keep up with everyone, no one, black or white, allows him to join their team. Thus, the story of the play goes on.
