Porshi is a renowned contemporary singer who got into the spot light through a television show which was produced to search for new and upcoming faces in the world of music. She gained much fame from that show and had captivated the judges along with the audience through her singing.
In 2010, the first ever album of Porshi was released which was named after her. The song ‘Udash Dupur’ of the album was written and composed by her. The music arrangement was done by Shondhi.
After long nine years Porshi has again returned with another song which has been written and tuned by her. Regarding this Porshi says, “I am singing for myself after a long time. Already the melody of the song has been finished. The process of writing the lyrics is going on right now. I am going to record the song very soon. I am hoping to release the song in the coming EId-ul-Adha.
Regarding her other works the singer says, “I have sung a song in the release awaiting film ‘Shapludo’. Hridoy Khan and I have sang the song in duet. It is a great song. I hope the audience will come to like it.”
Imran and Proshi’s music video titled ‘Abdar’ is to be released. The lyrics have been written by Rabiul Islam Jibon and the music composition and tune has been given by Imran. Meanwhile, the video direction has been done by Chandan Roy Chowdhury.
