Popy has acted in a number of films opposite film star Shakib Khan. ‘Dujon Dujonar’, ‘Hira Chunni Panna’, ‘Bostir Rani Suriya’ are among some of the notable ones. Since then a decade has passed but the two stars have not been seen together. But after that long break, Shakib and Popy will be seen together again.
However, they are not appearing on screen together. Film star Popy has confirmed that the duo will perform at an event at Bhola Charfasson in Barisal today.
Popy said, 'Some songs have been picked from our movies. We will perform them. After a long time we are taking part in some work together. Hopefully the experience will be good. Popy said that it was a famed school of Charfasson. Shakib will be seen dancing with her here in the choreography of Ivan Shahriar Sohag.
Meanwhile, it was heard that Popy and Shakib Khan are going to pair up in a movie again soon. Asked about this, Popy said, ‘There are talks about us in several movies. All the films of me and Shakib are hits. I hope that something good will happen again.’
