The Election Commission on Saturday sent election materials, including ballot boxes and other materials, to the polling centres across the country, ahead of Sunday’s national election.

However, the ballot papers were sent to most of the polling centres in early the morning today.

Members of the security forces and election officials took ballot boxes and other equipment to the center amid tight security.

The concerned returning officers and assistant returning officers handed over the ballot papers to the designated presiding officers early Sunday morning.

One of UNB photographers visited Wills Little Flower School center in Dhaka in the morning on Saturday and saw the presiding officer collecting the materials on the school premises.
