Police harvest maize of Covid-19 patient in Chuadanga

Police harvested maize of a coronavirus infected boy at Hazrahati village in Chuadanga sadar upazila on May 6.   Covid-19 patient Badhan, 14, who was detected by IEDCR, cultivated maize on a plot of land. 

His mother requested Jahidul Islam, Superintendent of Police (SP) in Chuadagna, to harvest the maize from the field.  Accordingly a team of police, led by Mohammad Kolim Ullah, Additional Police Super, harvested the maize.  

Abu Jihad Faqrul Alam Khan, OC of Chuadanga Police Station, said Badhan is only earning member of the family.  He is now in Chuadanga Sadar Hospital’s isolation ward for  treatment.
