Newly joined Chittagong Range Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Md Anwar Hossain instructed the officers and forces to provide services honestly to the service seekers who come to the police stations or offices.
He gave such instructions in a special welfare meeting held at Chittagong District Police Lines on Monday.
DIG patiently listened to the various problems of the police members and also gave instructions to the concerned to solve them.
Chittagong Range DIG Md Anwar Hossain was the chief guest at the special welfare meeting chaired by Chittagong District Superintendent of Police SM Rashidul Haque.
Additional DIG (Admin & Finance) of Chittagong Range Md. Iqbal Hossain and Commandant (SP) of RRF Chittagong MA Masud were special guests in the meeting.
Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration) Md. Mashiuddaula Reza, Additional Superintendent of Police (South) Afruzul Haque Tutul, Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Md. Jahangir, Assistant Superintendent of Police (SAF) Shamsul Arefin and other members of Chittagong District and RRF units were present in the meeting.
Chittagong District Superintendent of Police SM Rashidul Haque said that DIG in his speech directed the officers and forces to provide services to the common man through good behavior.
Police members had been asked to work with 100% professionalism. He warned that if any member was found involved in any immoral activities, they would not be exempted.
