1st Falgun was observed under the auspices of Chuadanga Sahitya Parishad, Abriti Parishad and Udichi Shilpi Gosty on February 14 in Chuadanga.
The programs included discussion meeting, rally, reciting of poems, sangeet session and dance. Habiby Johiry of Udichi Shilpi Gosti, Ansar Ali of Sahitya Parishad and Oakil Muzahid Hossain, Imam Hasan, Arifuzzaman, Abdul Alim, Joynab and Putul rendered songs. Swakat Ali, Omitabh Mir, Dr. Kamruzzaman, Idris Mondal and MA Mamun recited poems. Orpital Das and Neha danced on the occasion.
A rally was brought out and paraded the main roads of the town.
