Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has donated Tk 50 lakh for the journalists as special financial grants during the corona period, reports UNB.
PM's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim handed over the cheque of Tk 50 lakh on Wednesday afternoon to Jatiya Press Club President Saiful Alam and General Secretary Farida Yasmin at the Prime Minister’s Office.
PM's Speech Writer Md Nazrul Islam, Deputy Press Secretaries KM Shakhawat Moon and Hasan Jahid Tusher, Assistant Press Secretaries MM Emrul Kayas and Md Ashraf Siddiquee Bitu were present.
