The plaster of the old district judge's court building in Gopalganj, which is associated with Bangabandhu's memory, is gradually crumbling.

Last Saturday, the plaster of the roof of the Seresta room of the Kotalipara Assistant Judge's Court on the east side of the two-storey building suddenly collapsed. There were no casualties due to the weekly holiday.

In addition, cracks have already appeared on the roofs of various rooms on the second floor, including the khas room of the Kashiani Assistant Judge's Court on the west side of the building. Judges, employees, lawyers and aspirants in the building are all carrying out their daily judicial activities with unknown fears and extreme risks.

Meanwhile, wise District and Sessions Judge Amit Kumar Dey, wise Joint District Judge, Acting Judge of 1st Court and Nezarat Branch, Mohammad Zakir Hossain Tipu inspected the damaged rooms of the old two-storey court building on Sunday morning.

There are reliable rumors that Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman came to his father's workplace at different times while he was working as Nazir Serestadar of the then Gopalganj Munsefi Court during the lifetime of Sheikh Lutfar Rahman, the late father of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
