The 19th Annual General Meeting of Prime Islami Life Insurance Limited (PILIL) held at Celebrity Convention Hall in the capital on Thursday. PILIL has approved 12 percent cash dividend to the shareholders for 2018.
Mohd. Akther, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PILIL, presided over the meeting. He expressed his gratitude to the shareholders for their sincere cooperation for holding the AGM in a befitting manner. The Shareholders appreciated the overall performance of the company during the year 2018.
Member of Board of Directors, Chief Consultant to the Board Rahim Uddaulah Chowdhury, Chairman of Shariah Council Principal Sayed Kamaluddin Zafri (Faqih), Md. Apel Mahmud ACII (UK) Chief executive officer, Nizam Uddin Ahmed DMD, Company Secretary and CFO also attended in the meeting.
