Dhallywood popular model, actress and a lawyer Jannatul Ferdous Peya, also known as Peya Jannatul starrer film titled ‘Chhitmahal’, directed by HR Habib is all set to get a theatrical release on January 14.
The film Chhitmahal’s shooting started in 2015. The work of the film was almost done and everything was ready. However, the production was delayed multiple times due to facing numerous obstacles and for that it all took a long time to get to the hall. In fact, after the shooting, the actors do not have much in their hands. Everything depends on the producer-director.
In the film Peya will be seen playing the role of a young widow, it has been shot in Maroa in Chhitmahal.
Regarding the film Peya said, 'Working remote areas of Panchgarh was difficult, yet I feel glad to be able to work there. I have never been to Chhitmahal before. I am not sure if will ever go there again.'
The filming of ‘Chhitmahal’ have been captured in disputed land between Bangladesh and India and stories of deprived people,'' shared Habib.
Apart from Peya Jannatul, Moushumi Hamid, Arman Parvez Murad, Anwarul Alam Shazal, and Shimul Khan among others will be seen playing pivotal roles in the film ‘Chhitmahal’.
