Permanent campus of Narail Poura disabled school inaugurated

Permanent campus of Narail Poura special education for disabled school has been inaugurated on Tuesday.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Fakrul Hasan presided over the discussion held on the occasion of inauguration of permanent campus of poura disabled school at Uzirpur-Taleshwari area. 

General Secretary of Narail district Awami League and Chairman of Sadar Upazila Parishad Nizam Uddin Khan Nilu was present as the chief guest on the occasion. District sports officer Md. Kamruzzaman was present as special guest. Founder headmaster of Poura special education disabled school Manjurul Hasan Palash conducted the inauguration ceremony.School teachers Farhad Hossain and Limon Mridha, generation-21 official Meher Nigar were present in the occasion. 

After the discussion meeting, free educational materials were distributed among the students on behalf of generation-21. 

Manjurul Hasan Palash, founding headmaster of the school said that after establishment the school in 2014, teaching was being conducted in Bhawakhali area of the town. From now on, educational activities will be conducted in a permanent campus.

Teaching activities are being conducted in this school from first class to fifth class including giving free physiotherapy to the disabled. At present there are 215 disabled students in this school.
