The number of Covid-19 vaccine receivers is increasing day by day in Jhenaidah. The interested people, especially elderly ones of urban areas and surrounding villages, are showing more interest than the rural ones, said the health department officials.

Visiting Covid-19 vaccine centre at Jhenaidah Sadar Hospital on Monday, it was seen that a huge number of people, most of them are women, are receiving Covid-19 vaccines willingly. Most of them came from municipality and surrounding areas, while the number of remote villages people was the least there.
